Had a little issue with my order, which was kind of frustrating at first, but I messaged support and they got back to me way quicker than I thought they would. It just felt like they actually cared, you know? There wasn’t a ton of back and forth, and they fixed it smoothly. Not totally perfect, but I came away feeling good about it.

I went on buildabear hoping to find this one plush my daughter had been asking about nonstop, i was in such a good mood when I saw it was actually in stock. Everywhere else seemed to be sold out, so it felt like a lucky find. They also had a bunch of cute outfits and little extras, which made it fun to put everything together in one order. Checkout was simple too, and I didn’t have to mess around refreshing for sizes or colors. Overall, I was really happy with the whole experience.
